Sujith Vijayan named assistant professor in School of Neuroscience
Sujith Vijayan has been appointed as an assistant professor in the School of Neuroscience at Virginia Tech, part of the College of Science.
His research focuses in computational modeling, brain oscillatory dynamics in health and disease, development of stimulation and pharmacological therapies for brain disorders, brain machine interface (BMI), sleep and memory consolidation, sleep and emotional regulation, learning and memory, mental imagery, sleep and epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
