Advancing Neuroscience Research at VT Summer Symposium

On Friday August 16th, the Virginia Tech School of Neuroscience and Fralin Biomedical Research Institute hosted the first annual Advancing Neuroscience Research at VT Summer Symposium. The conference held at The Inn At Virginia Tech featured scientists across VT Departments and Colleges that highlighted outstanding neuroscience research happening on the Roanoke and Blacksburg campuses. The conference was a great success, hosting more than 180 attendees. The event also included a poster presentation session where 64 Virginia Tech post-doctoral trainees, Ph.D. and undergraduate students had the opportunity to share their research with peers and faculty.
