The College of Science was very proud to host the first graduating class of the School of Neuroscience during Spring Commencement 2016.  "Our brain is so powerful, we can do anything we want, and everything we do is controlled and managed with our brain. We are so proud to have our first graduation group of Neuroscientists here at Virginia Tech", said Dean Chang.

Even though the Neuroscience major in Virginia Tech's College of Science wasn't official until Fall 2014, we already have our first graduating class. "Neuroscience is arguably one of the most popular majors already. I couldn't be more proud of the graduating students and also of the group of faculty and staff  who worked tirelessly to make this possible", said Dr. Sontheimer, Executive Director of the School of Neuroscience.
