Changing Major to Neuroscience

New Major Change Process 

1. Schedule an appointment with advisor Mohammad Sabbagh or Sarah Bechtel to discuss the major.

  • Meeting place is at Sandy Hall, Virginia Tech. 210 Drillfield Dr. .

2. Students wishing to change their primary major to Neuroscience must apply through HokieSpa

3. Approval of major change will take place after meeting.

Adding Neuroscience as a second major

1. Schedule an appointment with advisor Mohammad Sabbagh or Sarah Bechtel.

  • Meeting place is at the North End Center, Suite 4500, 300 Turner Street NW.

2. Complete the CLE worksheet and bring to appointment.

3. Complete the Change of Major form if you intend on adding Neuroscience as a second major.

Around course request time (Octuber), we will only be able to accommodate Current Neuroscience Students. If you wish to change or add Neuroscience as a major, you can schedule an appointment before or after these dates. We will discuss the major requirements and your schedule for Fall.
